As regular readers know, I have my own draft pick value chart, which — unlike the Jimmy Johnson chart which was designed to reflect the value given up by teams in trade — is based on the actual value produced by players, historically, with that pick. I also have a Draft Pick Value Calculator, which uses my values, and a version that uses the Jimmy Johnson values.
With that in mind, we can assign draft values to all of the picks in the 2019 Draft, now that the compensatory picks have been handed out. Those grades are shown below.

As discussed earlier this week, the Patriots remarkably have more draft value than the Jets. But it’s the Raiders, with 3 first round picks, that have by far the most draft value in the league. The Packers, with two first round picks, sneak ahead of the 49ers (who pick second overall), into the top three.
Meanwhile, the Bears and Saints shouldn’t expect to come out of the 2019 Draft with much help.
